What data, and why

Consultation request

With the form you send us your full name (or the couple's), phone number, email if you wish, type and date of the event, ceremony details, notes and, if you attach one, an inspiration photo. We use them only to reply and prepare a proposal for you.

• Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Retention: up to 24 months from our last contact. If the request becomes an order, the data we need are kept for as long as Italian law requires for tax records (10 years).

Filling in the form is optional, but without a phone number we cannot get back to you.

Newsletter

If you sign up with the form at the bottom of the seasonal flower pages or on the confirmation page, we use your email to send you seasonal news from time to time. After signing up you receive an email with a link: until you click it we send you nothing (double opt-in). Brevo may record whether you open our emails and click their links, only so we know which content interests you.

• Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code), which you can withdraw at any time using the link at the bottom of every email or by writing to us.
• Retention: for as long as you stay subscribed. After you unsubscribe we keep only the proof of consent (date, time and form used) for as long as we need it to demonstrate consent.

If you contact us directly

If you call us, or write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we use what you tell us only to reply. WhatsApp is a Meta service, which processes data under its own terms.

Browsing

The service hosting the site automatically logs some technical data (IP address, browser, page requested, date and time) to run it and protect it from abuse: this is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Until you accept Google Analytics or Google Maps, fonts, images and scripts are served by the site itself, with no requests to other services.

Who receives them

We do not sell or share your data. They are processed on our behalf, as data processors, only by the providers the site needs to work:

• Cloudflare — hosts the site.
• FormSubmit — forwards form requests to us by email.
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris) — manages the newsletter subscriber list and sends the emails, with data stored in the European Union.
• Google — our Gmail inbox and the request archive (Firebase), which only we can access; and, only if you accept them, Google Analytics and Google Maps.

Some of these providers are based in, or use servers in, the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) for providers that have joined it, or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a readable format, and withdraw any consent you have given (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). Just write to [email protected]: we reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Cookies

On its own, the site only uses the cookies and local storage it needs to work. Google Analytics and Google Maps start only if you accept them in the banner, and you can change your mind at any time: open cookie preferences.

If you decline, the site works just the same: the map can still be opened with its own button, or directly on Google Maps. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
